Sorry if redundant, did not see another thread.
This hits home. My son in law is a multiracial American. His mother is from Alabama for many generations. His father is from India.
My SIL was born in Arkansas and was raised in Alabama. Loves Springsteen, NASCAR, and the Giants baseball club. Brought me a Jerry bobblehead from SF.
His maternal great grandfather is buried in a Confederate cemetery in northern Alabama.
Some in my family have referred to him as "that Indian boy" for fuck's sake.
He has had a few incidents over the years of mild discrimination, you know like minor surgery, before the Trump stain was spread across the land.
He now carries his passport with him. So hell yeah, resist this shit...

The NRA leader’s attack on America’s court system was the most radical moment in an extreme speech that painted gun-loving NRA members as the nation’s best defense against violent, ruthless, out-of-control leftist protesters. The speech was filled with incendiary metaphors and accusations that liberal Trump protesters and Islamic State militants were both threats to America’s freedom – and should both be considered terrorists.
