The judge just designated him as a Sexually Violent Predator, meaning he will be a registered sex offender and have to attend therapy/counseling sessions for the rest of his life, and notify the authorities of his travels.
Court will be back in order at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time, when the judge will render his sentence. He's either going to jail or to house arrest.

What if you had the Absolute True Information, and found out that he was falsely convicted ? I'm not convinced of his guilt or innocence based upon the media. They routinely lie. It is not illegal for the media to lie. I'm not even kidding.
But he will get a nice cushy Alzheimer Patient suite in the pen, with a separate standard cell for media purposes. Or maybe he will never spend a day in the correctional facility, and it is all another big media lie.
Anyway, he was never all that funny as a "Comedian". Red Foxx was funny. Richard Pryor was hilarious. BC wasn't even as funny as Soupy Sales.
The "Fat Albert" show was good clean Fun though.
