Right now, I'm procrastinating. My spring semester starts the week after next and I have lesson planning to do for a couple of new classes that I'm teaching, but my motivation is MIA. It's kind of a slow morning on the zone, so I should probably just get to work.

I've seen people get busted
I've seen people get busted on facebook at work before as they were supposed to be working in remote areas without cell reception only to be found online posting their weekend plans a few hours before they were supposed to be back in cell range. It seemed sloppy for the person caught to have co-workers back in the office as their facebook friends but she was maybe 23-24 at the time.
We are heading to Death Valley this weekend to get out for some desert camping/ hiking as well as hopefully viewing some early season wildflower blooms.

I've been enjoying my Mom's company (and help with childcare) over the last few days. Good to catch up face-to-face.
Spending more time at work preparing for a case file audit related to Federal funding of services for the disabled, instead of actively assisting people today.
Looking forward to KDTU (Phil sit-in) tomorrow night and Phil/Stu/Bluhm/Lebo etc on Sunday night.

I took the day off to study and stuff. Heading to Long Strange Trip here in a few hours. Not much on the horizon for this weekend. My final is due by Sunday so I suspect more studying. Although I may cut out to see a show. We shall see.
