Anything good going on??  Willing to travel a bit with a bit of planning

Damn... unfortunately no

If you plan on Kauai (and you should!), keep an eye on this calendar for the Porter Pavilion: https://anainahou.org/ah-events/

I saw Skeleton Krewe there last September, it was awesome!

... and here's the Jambase link for everything in your date range w/in a 200 mile radius: https://www.jambase.com/concerts/finder?location=Honolulu%2C%20HI%2C%20U...

Except for local bands the music scene on Oahu has always been super weak

Not sure if you can still access the stairs via moanalua valley trail, but it's worth a citation

See if you can find Greg Brady's missing idol, jam the Hawaii Five-O theme song, and go to Duke's where you can get smashed on Mai-Tai's and sing the Hukilau Song.

The Blue Note in Waikiki is a fun, small, Dinner & a show club. Go if you can.

FYI --  Note additional Hawaii dates to make a 3-night run -- this is similar to what they did last year.

>>>10/10 - Vashon, WA<<<

cool

11/9 playing a farm just down the road, stoked.

Hilarious that the one near my home is while I'm away and the one In Hawaii will be while I'm home

^^^ Time to change your travel dates, as they are worth seeing multiple times!

Turtle I follow Ecology Center on Insta... it's a regular music venue too?

hi llollo, they started having dead type shows a year or so ago, I haven't gone yet. They added some kind of music/yoga dome thing too. Seems like music is becoming a regular thing there.

Open space on Vashon looks interesting.  Their website hasn't listed the show yet.   Been a long time since I've been out to Vashon Island.

Hi back Turtle, Thanks for the info. Almost ready to do road trips again (timing belt and engine mount getting replaced today on my tour beast wagon!)

Herbal... Vashon, yes yes yes!

Winder if they'll book an 11/11 show..

Isn't the White Eagle in Portland a small room for them?

Last time I was in Oahu, 30 long years ago, I saw a very young Stephen Inglis play with Pakalolo Jones as they opened for Big Brother and the Holding Company at Anna Banana's in Honolulu.  I need to go back!

@ Dalton.
Yes, the White Eagle indoors area is one of my least favorite venues in Portland. However, they have been using their parking lot for outdoor shows.  We'll see if that's the case.  October weather is sometimes good enough for outdoor shows.

I messaged Stephen to suggest that they ask McMenamins to switch them to the Mission Theater if it's available. They are playing another McMenamins property in Bend... never been to a show there...

LLOLLO - that's a great suggestion. Mission would be a much better venue for these guys. I also see there's an act booked at White Eagle on October 8th, so hopefully the show can be moved.

Glad to see these guys launching such an ambitious tour, I like 'em.
