if so, it would be nice to see the facilities remodeled and taken care of. its, i believe its already the second highest revenue park in the system yet the facilities/restrooms are atrocious.
it's also an environmentally sensitive area. like one of the only area left like it in southern california. the beach is almost 100% gone at lowers itself. look at the infrastructure in the bushes. forklift loaders, shit show.
the tents in the middle will for sure be swamped during this next swell. watch.
anyhoo, yes. the surfing will be good as will the waves. you know, since its the last month of prime season...
i'll probably even watch some.
