His crew would bring the new movie to my college before every ski season, it was a lot of fun to watch and get excited for the snow. One year we saw them filming at my local resort.
Just finding out this morning that he died made me think I might have to go skiing on Saturday. We've had no snow but got a foot this week.
I wish his older movies were more available on Netflix or Amazon. The Glen Plake ones are on there and they are a gas to watch. Oh 80's ski clothes, you crack me up.
Edit: Miller didn't make those movies, that was another dude. So make with the Warren miller, streamers!
