i streamed on periscope tonight

had some nice seats in the press box tonight at msg so i took along a plug and wire. streamed the entire phish show on periscope.
during the set break i told my audience of 100 phish fans to check out vivalazone.org if they were so inclined. im guessing since i had their full and undivided attention maybe a few of these young bucks and buckets may attempt to sign on here. i told them the only prerequisite was a tolerance for a guy named phil lesh.
now im not sure if i was out of line in doing this. i know fresh blood can have its benefits occasionally so i think i may have done a solid here but im not sure.

anyway - if a few new phish fans make the cut here at viva please give them a break and don't accuse them of being kirley. my periscope reputation depends on it.

Mustve gone way down then by time i got there, then...but that happens...ppl bounce as they lose connection to you...and its just that they lost a signal, prob nothing on your end, but you ll see your numbers go up and down all night as ppl look for best audio w the video etc....numbers fluxiate greatly as im sure you saw
Again, though, you shout out here to judit, tell her your reputation is at stake, and yet you forgot to mention "your" reputation was really someone elses....
Its a lil whacked ed, or maybe im just tired...

He sent me an email once with a link on a Phish board to a thread he was proud of, boasting that he had procured many handles to use here, would knock down the doors and close us down... that Jeff Kirley? Also as I read the thread I saw that he was resoundingly disliked on that board with perhaps an exception or two. So, that Kirley? Do I think it's a good idea for someone using his name to invite people here? No, I don't.
If you had been using Eddiefrog or Eddie or whatever your name is, and your reputation with Phish people is good, that would feel quite different to me. If they come, we will certainly welcome them, and I hope you are going to make their experience here a good one for them and for current Zoners as well.
