I too have come across this issue, but was quick to figure it out.
Though when I rest my browser I couldn't get in with my password and had to go trough a series of resets.
Though having easy passwords didn't help my situation.
Hope there aren't any Russian hackers reading this..

Firefox is garbage if you have a MacBook Pro / iPhone or anything apple related.
Im not one of those apple vs people I'm just one of those comp idot apple friendly users
Oh I just meant that after i deleted some accounts (biz related) & reset my interweb connections that i didn't have a posting box. But that took me half the day today. Hence why I haven't posted all day. Well that and frankly I've got my hands full.;)
But as I scrolled to top of page I realized I wasn't logged in. Most likely because your awesome security prob signed me out when my connection was reset? Either way, when I tried signing back in I couldn't. I had to reset my password. Not even my dumb / smart
iPhone 7 had the correct password saved, viva didn't recognize my password and Or my username which was correct upon several checks. All is smooth now unless I rest my connection again, then I'm back to square 1.

At some point you may have to consider purchasing a newer device that is capable of running an operating system that can run current versions these internet browsers. Stay tuned...
