You know, news of you has come down the line
Even before ya came in the door
They say in your father’s house, there’s many mansions
Each one of them got a fireproof floor

John 14:2
In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
Jerry should have done "Sweetheart Like You" with his band, he could have done a great version of it, right up his ally. When I met him in Dec. '83 I suggested this and he said that he was considering it but alas it never happened.
show was...."just ok"...(similar to last 3-4 ive seen over last 10 yrs)...glad i went...went with my cuz who has seen Dylan over 150x, and was about to move from Brooklyn to L.A. , so it was a fun night for us no matter if we HAD wished Bob would re visit more oldies etc...or more "career spanning" list, i think is how my cousin stated it..i agree ...prob my last Dylan show until THAT tour is announced...;)
Hey Floops. Although I can't agree on your other comments, License to Kill should have definitely been in in the live rotation. But then again, so should have another 50+ Zimmy tunes.
Here's Bob & the Heartbreakers 6/6/86 Los Angeles. License to Kill + Shake a Hand.
Now, he's hell-bent for destruction, he's afraid and confused
And his brain has been mismanaged with great skill
All he believes are his eyes
And his eyes, they just tell him lies
