The Grateful Dead don't exist anymore. Their brand is going strong, and it's commercialization widespread, but the ethos of searching for transcendence and tribal identity persists.
Loved the part where he is talking about the transcendence of a show and then you get out to the sketch parking lot scene after, and how you come to terms with that dichotomy. Both angels and moths are drawn to the light. Such a great line.
