Got to mix Chris Chandler at the Oregon Country fair a few times, great choice Nor'easter

Thanks, Noodler, and lucky you.

Chandler reminds me of Stu, at least a little bit.

He had different people backing him up each time, and I vaguely remember him sitting in on a jam w/ members of Leftover Salmon and Clan Dyken,  where he vocally riffed over "the other one"...   Good Times!!!

(we were mixing that show with 6 channels, Blue Moon / folk stage, so we doubled everyone in in the DI's, used condensors mics, pulled every trick to get everyone in the mix)

(but there were no Huskies on stage any of those times...)

^i saw Mr skolnick with testament more than 30 years ago. Vio-lence, with Robb Flynn and Phil Demmel, opened. Flynn, dremmel, and skolnick played with amazing speed and dexterity. I have vivid memories of their fingers flying up and down the fretboard.

Was feeling Angry this morning, so listened to some live Sonic Youth, haven't heard them in a long while:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6vvL5KrEox4

Then the next thing that came up on the You Tube feed was Smashing Pumpkins.  Geez I friggin still HATE those guys, maybe just for having achieved the commercial success Sonic Youth didn't, or maybe 'cause they're just a SHIT band that SUCKS.
