Is it OK to return a "bag" of fruit?

Forums:

Tried three mandarins from a 5lb bag and all of them were terrible. Definitely not rancid, but you wouldn't want to eat the rest of the bag. About 20-25 mandarins in the bag: $6.00. Is it unreasonable to ask for a refund on the bag?

If you don't eat them all or give them to a homeless person I'm going to...

Ask a grown-up

If you're a regular at your grocery store they should give you a new bag on your word alone. They would here.

What do you expect when you're buying fruit in Telluride? Freshness?

1. Save fruit and allow further decay.

2. Bring said decayed fruit to local town hall meeting.

3. Propel decomposing fruit into the faces of corrupt political actors.

4. Return to point of purchase.

5. Locate and pay for additional fruit "bag"

6. Repeat as needed.

The  store I shop at  takes anything back if you are not satisfied with the quality.
