> It's getting harder to tell Dolly Parton and Madonna apart

My take was that it's gotten harder to tell Miley and Madonna apart.

Dolly is taking Molly

Even more tasty. I like tamales more than molly.

^had a microdose of 35mg on Wednesday and was able to sit straight up with eyes open and focus my love and attention on my veteran Brother. To see someone as they exist as pure light is beyond stunning. Simply no words. Full On Compassion for our existence is born here.

Nice, Joe. Happy New Year of discovery!

Thanks, Slickrock!!!!

I'm sure you meant 35 mc.

35 mg would be 35,000 micrograms.

You wouldn't come down for a year!

35mg of vaporized 5-Meo., Surfdead. I'm sure.  Was at the pure light source of existence in 3 seconds after full inhalation. Regular dosage at this Church is 75 mg.  Buckle up, kidsheart

actually, it's Bufo alvarius venom, 5-Meo with complimentary natural molecules that lock your diaphragm up at 100mg and above. In facilitator training, dosages go up to 120mg so that you can understand how breathing can stop and how to reactivate  breathing. CPR training is mandatory.

Whoops, I trip corrected.

Glad you're not doing 35,000 mcs of L.

Carry on.

>Glad you're not doing 35,000 mcs of L.

The stories one would come back with.....

No problem, Surfdead. I hope you and Mrs. Surfdead are happy and healthy. Happy New Year!

May 28, 1949 east of Telluride (Mill site is in the background). The train is heading west, back to town

Same back at you, Joe.

On New Year's Day, I drove from Arcata, CA (after experiencing that morning's earthquake!) to Portland.

Bored with I-5, I cut off to the territorial highway via Lorane...through this beautiful valley..just south of Eugene.

Did you go all the way to Monroe on Territorial, LLOLLO, and then on 99? It goes through lovely country.

When I'm going south and aren't in a hurry, I often go from Philomath to Monroe via Bellfountain Rd., and then onto Territorial Rd., past Veneta and Lorane and eventually to Hwy. 38, which goes to the coast, coming out at Reedsport and Winchester Bay. It's a nice drive.

Love all of those roads. Spent many hours with Greg exploring the roads parallel to I-5, both east and west between Albany and here, and then just out and around. I love the west more. I love the whole thing.

Santos doesn't look happy. You would think he would've fabricated himself a better mood for the first day of his new job.

A Southern Flying Squirrel landed on the window feeder 2 nights ago.

We didn't get the huge waves that were hoped for, but still had a great time, excellent show!  (Shore Acres State Park)

(I blame Simpsons Reef for cutting off the swells coming up from the SW, have seen this before...   speculate that we need the swells to come from the W or NW)

^^^ hooded mergansers ???

strikingly beautiful

^yes. Those and buffleheads pass through every year. We usually see them for a week or two, but I've seen them since late November this year. Perhaps the mild winter has affected their migration schedule?

They sure are beautiful, but usually very shy.

Abe (my grow buddy's dog) and a bunch of decoys this morning.....last few days of duck hunting in OK.  The change in weather patterns are seen first hand by seasonal bird hunters. Warmer northern winters equal low environmental pressure to migrate. Hunting season was extended here due to low migration numbers this winter season.
