Jon Stewart Ain't Happy When He Gets Lied To

Jon Stewart has guts and stands up. What he's talking about deeply hurts the heart. He's right.

I really do wish he'd run for president.

Roll Call reported, “Some conservatives have raised objections to the bill because it would reclassify nearly $400 billion in current-law VA spending from discretionary to mandatory accounts, thereby potentially freeing up more budget authority to increase discretionary spending on other domestic programs.”

^yea, this creative budgeting maneuver is only cool when there is a GOP'r in The White House

I second that Brian. He would not win, but I would vote and work for him.

If Tucker Carlson decides to run, I think there's a real good chance Stewart would too.

In a more realistic take, I'd like to see Al Frankin run for president, but that likely won't happen either.

Ultimately, I, like most all of us (whether we admit it or not) have no real idea of who would be a really good president or not (excepting some obvious orange-haired or similar dopes).

I like Pete Buttigieg a lot, but I fear he's got a fatal flaw in the eyes of too many 'mericans to have a chance.

I guess that, along with so many other examples, makes it pretty clear that we are a nation of dopes.

Good job Jon! How any right minded person votes Republican IDK

If Tucker Carlson decides to run<<<

Like Burr on a steamboat out west ... to incite a revolt elsewhere

I would vote for Al Franken for President. He's so smart, has the necessary coalition-building relationships and experience, is an excellent speaker and is a good guy.

Jon Stewart is a passionate speaker - I hope he gets the messages to the right people.

VOTE!

Stewart responds to Ted Cruz. My one-word synopsis of Stewart's response: Bullshit!

Senate GOP backtracks after veterans bill firestorm

Republican leaders are promising a veterans' health care bill blocked by most of their members will pass this week, even as some still blame Democrats for the blockade.

If not for republikans I might feel an ounce of pride being an American, instead of utter shame.
