I'll be forever grateful for their Saturday night Quarantine concerts during Covid. It was great having a Jorma performance to look forward to each week.
So sad Fur Peace is closing, you could always count on a great show at the Ranch. Often, we would have never heard of the musician but for $35, we would see an extraordinary artist, and get to chat with Jorma who would be wandering around his back yard. Of course, sometimes Jorma would sit in for a few tunes.
Vanessa designed their home on the property and she just opened a boutique in Athens. Jorma plays there now and then. Jorma always said he couldn't picture himself living anywhere but Athens, but with Izzy gone to college that may change.
Good bye Fur Peace, thanks for some of my favorite shows ever.

Lil, I've been thinking of you, and the shows you and Vern shared at FPR. It almost sounds like magic.
Things keep changing; I just hang on.
