They do a great job

Waiting patiently for the Fillmore sbd

After listening to that show that was posted from San Francisco I quickly grabbed my tickets to St. Pete and room downtown. My wife even said she would go after taking her to Garth Brooks, not my thing, but it got me some brownie points.

Fun show last night. Any recordings of this out there yet?

Fillmore sbd up smileyyes

Playing the Joy Theater during NOLA Jazz Fest. 5/6&7. Tix on sale Friday.

Thanks for the heads up Keith

They are so good. Listen to this jam before BEW, about 57:30 in.

These guys are the real deal, best jamming band out there at the moment.  I'm still reeling from that Fillmore show.

Hoping for a web cast for the Capital shows.

They just announced Red Rocks with MM&W. April 29th is risky. It could still snow or at least be cold at night.

Webcasts of the entire NYE run are a given Tom.

The Philly Fillmore show (even without Dreiwitz) was spectacular - while much of the showed reflected their skills at jamming and seamless segues, Tom Hamilton and the boys especially owned Morning Dew that Saturday eve - it was intensely subtle (not totally sure what that mans but sounds cool and I still feel oddly accurate) and so beautifully played for a song that they only recently added to the repetoire.

Y'all on the East Coast have a good thing going for you.

JRAD at the Fox Oakland may have been my Best Show of the Year for 2016.

Viva la JRAD!!!

(come back next year)

The 30 and 31st r sold out but 2day tickets still available...ticket drops r on deck...and nugs is doing a stream for all 3 nights (BB bowl) included..

I assumed so Keith, just haven't seen an official announcement yet.

I was at the Boston show last week and it BLEW ME AWAY!

First time I've seen JRAD

Cant wait to see them again

Strongly considering a Colorado trip in April!

need (1) for 12/29 BB show if anyone hears of one

venue pulled the "limited amount available day of show" off site. called and they said they had to because all of those were taken by band and others guest lists.

picked one up via cashortrade so either the wife or I'm in so far

see ya there an/or at the Cap (hoping I don't get mugged there based on zippy's troll crap) :) :)

Can't really get into this band. I dig all the musicians individually but rather see them performing their own material rather than touring as the jrad carnival.

Joe Russo for instance,  hasn't been involved with the Benevento Duo since he was tapped for Furthur. Obviously the pay checks for dead related shows have helped him stack on some weight from his Duo days and constant touring and playing to be able to eat so well. But hell, the Duo was an explosive two piece band I wouldn't mind seeing again.

Was nice of Joe to bring Marco into the P&F crew but would like to see them getting back to the original work they all do.

The Duo were in the studio last week...Russo's FB page mentioned shows in the spring...I think they played Mt Jam late night last year and r playing jam cruise in January..

Nice! Thanks for the update.

Funny about two weeks ago I was listening to some Clapton and had thought to myself "wish Clapton would tour again". Then last week that news broke.

Who else can I wish upon a tour for? :)

I missed the boat on getting tickets.  If anyone knows anyone with one or two for Boulder I'd really appreciate it.

We could not be more excited about these shows.

Remember, the 2 Joy shows sold out in about 3 days last year & we've been lucky enough to sell out every show we've played in Colorado save one, so expect more of the same here & get on it early.

Red rocks/Ogden debacle...shutting it all down and trying again 2morrow....hilarious..
