I was thinking Whitey Morgan and the 78's

but yeah

thats a big offer

no spot taken

Like every Widespread Panic show I've ever been to.

I'm nowhere near there, so, no thank you.

I have tried to use that "alcohol/acid" tagline on my Uncle in FL whom is a friend and fan of Jimmy's to get him to branch out a bit...to no avail.

I'm on the west coast, so no spot taken, but sweet offer.

Jimmy Buffett is one of my guilty pleasures, but sorry, his shows are nothing like a Grateful Dead show.

Not my line, Ken.  I think it was the festive mood and everyone knowing all the words to every song ....

His sister's club, Lulu's, temporarily closed this week due to staffing issues from the Rona.

Cheeseburger in the ICU unit.

I dined at the Buffet once in the late 80s at Poplar Creek outside of Chicago. That was plenty for me.

Big fan of his pre-"cheeseburgerinparadise". He kinda went pop after that. Exceptional song writer in his early years. Saw him live 3 times over the yrs. Twice he had (different) broken legs.  But his first few albums were classics.  See "A white Sportscoat and a Pink Crustacean", "Living and dying in 3/4 time", "A1A", and "Changes In Latitudes, Changes in Attitudes".  Superb songwriting.

If I was closer I would jump on it. Thanks for the offer.

Took a stroll down to the neighborhood hippie pizza place near my parents' house and now have "Trying to Reason With Hurricane Season" stuck in my head.
