Just got tickets to Sir Paul

Forums:

Got a buddy that is the house electrician. Small Hockey size arena about a mile down the road. July Fifteen. Yeehaw!

Nice

He is playing in Tampa

Put my wife in charge of it........hope we didn't go in hock for em

Great show you all are going to love it.

T, Roger Waters is the next night in Tampa, you might want to hit both. Let me know if you decide to hang in town for Waters and we'll meet up somewhere

I grabbed some for the Syracuse show in September.

I still have my tickets to see him in the carrier dome in 93....I got better seats this time tho, Im now in the "have to have good seats" part of my life, 93 was during the "just get me in the door" era

thank you for not referring to him as "Macca."

When is John Lydon gonna get his knighthood?

I think the Sex Pistols'  "God Save The Queen"  kind of put the skids on that.

jaz, you are gonna love Macca!!!!

im so excited for you!

>>thank you for not referring to him as "Macca."

if it was ok for John to call him that, then its ok by me.  I actually think its amusing that people are annoyed by it, but I guess that would be right up Johns alley also

I think it's amusing anyone would think I'm actually annoyed by something so trivial.

i do what i want to....

try it out, its called freedom.

psssssst.

pretty sure Fishcane was talking about Lennon's 1965 Macca reference......not yours in this thread. lol.

whatever.

My buddy said the tickets are by the soundboard.

Thanks, Big Jon. Looking forward to Macca..

I think you will enjoy it. We went to McCartney and the Stones the last year we lived in DC.

Ticked the boxes and really enjoyed both.

I saw Paul seven or so years ago, and it really was a great show.

Standing in the room with that guy is special, for sure.

and here is yesterdays full show. I think his voice sounds better now then 2014-2016, altho he could still do himself well by letting go of a couple tunes that just dont suit his aged voice. But he as earned the right to do whatever he wants...
