Kansas Fascists 

You may not have heard that in some small town in Kansas a judge issued a search warrant to search and seize everything at the local newspaper because some politically connected restaurant owner didn't want her DUI made public because she was applying for a liquor license and you can't do that if you have a DUI. The police were all to happy to go along because the newspaper was investigating the police as well.

So there is a federal law that explicitly prohibits issuing search and seizure warrants on newspapers. But apparently the dumb ass local judge was probably too drunk to know that, because she herself had not one, but two DUI's and she got her second one when her license was revoked for the first DUI by driving drunk and crashing into the side of school.

When I first read this story I knew these locals were opening a shit storm of biblical proportions on themselves and they were all just too stupid to know because they lived comfortably in their Fox News bubble.
