I did show up early.... like 4 am to find Willy the security guy who would give me a stub to be 1st in line. In return I gave him a bottle of whisky. A fine relationship! I'd give the stub to the taper dogs and then I didn't need to show up till billybob time with a deck and cord and just plug into "the system". Generally there were at least three types of microphones in the setup so you had options and backups should somebody have a glitch. Definitely was weird hours and it took a toll by runs end.
Live chat was indeed a lot of fun. A lot! Someone else will have to tell you funny stories, LLOLLO, I don't remember things that way. And I completely forgot about the "skins", wasn't it just graphics around the chat?
