Forums:

Last night during the "final" End of The Road show on the Seemingly endless goodbye tour, this was announced

yikes

‘Authentic’ Is the Word of the Year. You Read That Right

In a year dominated by artificial intelligence, deepfakes, and disingenuity, “authentic” has somehow emerged as Merriam-Webster’s word for 2023.

Will they still suck?

Yea I'm fairly certain Gene won't allow them to be one upped by their avatars

Ug.

Lily and I had dinner with some of my co-workers near MSG last night.  There were a few old bald dudes with Kiss tour tees at the restaurant, and a couple of younger guys in suits wearing face paint.

Funny gone sad.

So they are cartoons?

again?

I've seen KISS with makeup several times w/ the original lineup and once without and every time it was a fucking BLAST!

They really know how to put on a rock show. I remember feeling the heat from the flames from far away.

It was a super party! What are they going to do now? Wait 10 years for the Hologram concert to go to Vegas?

No effin' way I'd pay for anything fake like that but America is all about capitalism (unfortunately to me) right?

If you want to see something really funny than click below to watch Ace Frehely (my favorite member) drunk off his ass cackling away with Gene and Paul simmering mad

on Halloween night 1979 on Tomorrow with Tom Snyder. The BEST!

I'm a plummma!!

Saw KISS twice.  First time was in the 1980s sans make up when they were trying to be a serious hard rock band.  It sucked ass.  Juvenile cock rock.

Saw them about 20 years later back in full make up and it kicked ass.  They pulled out every trick and gimmick in the book - fire breathing, fireworks, blood spitting, Paul Stanley flying over the crowd, more fireworks.   Same silly juvenile cock rock but really the Greatest Show on Earth.  But don't think I would go and see basically a video game version of the band.
