Love to see Phil drop in for this. His friends Warren Haynes, Larkin Poe, Larry Campbell, and Eric Krasno will all be there. Keith Richards and the X-Pensive Winos are making their first appearance since 1993. Keith, Waddy Wachtel, Steve Jordan, and Ivan Neville announced. Looks like they need a bass player.
This show looks great. FYI, Keef and the X Winos did a gig in 2015 for Jazz Foundation of America benefit in Harlem--Apollo Theater if I recall, but maybe another place--I forget. --not a full Winos show and they honored Mary Clayton. Gimme Shelter & Happy Check it out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21DnY1sLwwU&t=3s
From what I saw it seemed like a nice event, but these type of all-star shows don't really work for me. There's no cohesion or flow, just a bunch of one-offs, more an exhibition than a concert.
IMO this show would have been so much better if there had only been a couple of other acts doing a few more songs, and Keith & his band had been the main act doing a full two hour set.

This band doesn't need Phil. If they need a bass player, Will Lee will do just fine. Been to this show a few times. It's always a great night.
