Voters are being asked to give the city council the power to lower marijuana business tax rates, which are currently among the highest in the state.

Thanks Buck I fell asleep during English class a little to often growing up. I'm over it, plus I'm more of a speaker than writer but this ain't a bar it's a message board so it is what it is. The more I write the furthur down the hole I go so I'm gonna stop now. My former teachers are rolling in there graves.

I know how Oakland taxing of herb is such a national issue. My bad!

I get marijuana from a friend of mine, I’m not sure if it’s medical.

You can smoke weed legally in your house in Madison but the state itself is pretty behind the times. The governor pals around with chicks who are Russian spies.
