Very cool, thanks Dave, thanks Keith

Thank you!

I'm in!!!!  Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

Also at Tower Theatre in Philly ...Sept 30 Oct 1

Same password, i blv

Too rich for my wallet......hope for a webcast.

Dangs. Already have music tee'd up that week. Should be a ripping time.

Thanks for fixing those links, Keith.  Glad that some of you are in for these!

Those Philly shows are solo acoustic.

Wish there was a little advance notice for these.  I'm already booked to fly into DC on the 29th and back here on the 30th to join my family in celebrating my dad's 91st birthday.

The annual $20 subscription to the Neil Young Archives is starting this week.  Besides all the great archival content, there will be live video streams.  That may be your ticket, Fitzman.

Got a rich pal to spring for a pair of loge tix for the Cap.....all I have to do is drive....hehehe yes

Right on, Fitz.  Have a blast!

I'm also in for Wednesday.  Thx Herbal Dave for the password.  smiley

Not even on the cap website yet...thanks for the heads up...

It's a good thing for me I'm not able to go to these, since as a crusty 20th Century old-timer I don't have one of those newfangled "smart phones", I use a flip phone.

It blows my students away; "Wow! What's THAT thing?!!?"

Just another sad fading baby boomer story.

Have fun at the Neil with the Willie Family Band shows folks!

On the upside, you never butt-dial anyone.

Those Philly shows are solo acoustic......

Secondary Market already showing up, $500 plus for Orchestra Pit

Good tix still available for Port Chester, that is surprising.

Keith, you going Wednesday or Thursday?

Wednesday Jerry.

These two Neil Cap shows are flying under the radar. They’re not up on the Cap website. Good seats are still available, more than 24 hours since they went on sale. There are no tickets posted in the secondary market on Stubhub as of last night. Something is happening here. Either the scalpers haven’t caught on to these two shows yet or because they are not providing physical tickets and will only send a mobile phone bar code 24 hours before the show, the secondary market hasn’t figured out a way to monetize the scalping potential. The ticketing services may be onto something here and this could be the wave of the future.

I don't believe these shows are flying under the radar I am just not sure folks are willing to pay $150-$175 per ticket, IMHO.

In a rare move I have tickets for me and the better half for the Wednesday night show.

Looks like Thursday is about sold out, only singles left in balcony row H, still need the password for tix. Wednesday still has quite a few tix left.

Thursday completely sold out, Wednesday only has rear balcony left. Hope Neil blows the roof off the place!

In for Sunday at the tower.  Going to be a rough Monday morning.

Farm Aid was cool as shit...freakin booths everywhere! Spent alot of time wandering among them as a few friends of mine were vending or promoting either farm , or a restaurant w all local products used...all the artists that performed during day were milling around down there too, it was real cool...talked w the guys from Ratcliffs band and a cpl others...

Made it in half way thru Sturgiss' set...so we saw Dave and Tim, Cougar, Neil, and Willie...Lucas was on stage for whole time it seemed, as well (besides tim and dave)....short sets by all, but we knew thats Farm Aids m.o. going in...Neil was great, they all talk alot...lot of "shop at your farmers market" talk, but Neil hits home with it...he s still the coolest mother fucker out there...we left an hour ago for Saratoga today to see full sets from Lucas, Neil, and Willie...so, ill be in same  boat tmrw a.m. that you ll be in next monday Tom--wish i was going to the Cap, but, barring a miracle...;)....i wont be there wed or thurs

Have a great Sunday....all

Oh, ya...and Neil was highlite...(shocker, i know)...he was great. Ohio was powerful as always, Heart of Gold was great...he was giving his crew runaround as he was writing setlist from head, and also forgot either how much time he had left, or how little time he had left..lol...adjusting on the fly....

Neil Young & PoTR Set start: (6:23:00 min.)

****Impressive Set Closer:       Love and Only Love (7:00:23 min.)

Always impressed with how much this song highlights and presents the classic sonic trifecta of Neil, Old Black, and Crazy Horse.  They blew apart Outside Lands Festival in 2012 when they played it then.

Thanks for the webcast replay link, Neil is in fine form. He starts at about the 6 hour and 23 minute mark. Nice to see him playing the white Gretsch.

^wow...thanks RRG, thats the song that jumped off the set list to me....would have loved to have been there...

What a night!  The old man still has IT!  wink

Fitz, where there any tickets being sold on street last night? And, does anyone know whats written on the huge paper "chaiz lounge" looking thing that was on stage last night? Is that a list of all songs they "could" do? A birthday card? Anyone?

Plenty of people looking, but I did not see any sales happening.  In fact, I only saw 1 paper ticket inside........

Thanks
