so if it fails, they could still possibly obtain a separate ruling on the damages part?

Pretty sure he's been parading around celebrating being the " nevermind penis guy" at public events and stuff in the past. It's sure hard (lol) to imagine actual damages, considering.

He's not asking for very much comparable to other suits of this nature. Typically these folks have some obscene number they throw out which makes me question the whole strategy.
