Trump wants Senator Markwayne Mullin from Oklahoma to replace Noem, which puts a Senate seat in play. Sure, it's Oklahoma, but strange things can happen.
Ok let's follow the money now and see who received the kickbacks. This whole giving a friend $200 million contract whose business existed 9 days before the contract seems crooked as hell. I bet Trump got his beak wet
It's the easiest follow the money in the history of follow the money. I mean why try to hide it when you don't get fired for accepting a bag of cash, and the country that is a state sponsor of terrorism gives the President a 747.
I had to look it up, but the OK state senate has 40 out of 48 seats as Republicans. Now 39. Not sure when the seat will be filled. I would prefer it's eventually filled with weed.
"Oklahoma law allows the governor to appoint temporary senator to fill Markwayne Mullin’s seat until next statewide election" and the appointee must "be a registered Oklahoma voter in the same political party as the previous senator."

Will there need to be a special election in Oklahoma, or would this senate seat come up in November, or what?
I mean, obviously an interim Republican appointment will be made to replace the meat head
But does this not create a potential opportunity for a non R candidate(s) in a general, sooner than what would have been?
wikipedia tells me it's been 15 years since a D held a statewide office in smokelahoma
