Check it out before it's gone ?

Watched it last night. Pretty good overall, minus a few minor hiccups with cues and lyrics. Didn't know a lot of the singers, but most of them did pretty well. Russo and Marco really had the sound down, and the other musicians, especially Chimenti ('natch) on piano, were exceptional. The singer who did Joni Mitchell's 'Coyote' really nailed it, and the Bob Dylan guy pulled it off. I was impressed they did almost every tune from the actual original concert (not the movie), except Joni's 'Furry Sings the Blues' (maybe Drewitz couldn't pull off the bass part, or something), and the best singer imo was the guy from the Dap-Kings (I think) covering Muddy Waters. Very worthy.

Listened to most of it and was really impressed.  Got a great Chuckle when they intro'd the Neil Diamond tune as "most significant / influential" or whatever BS.  It sounded like all of the musicians got some practice time in.

Thanks all for playing and 'podcasting'.
