NY first legal weed purchase

I thought I would have to wait until next year to buy a bag of cannabis legally in New York State.
It was brought to our attention that a new head shop opened on the main drag in my home town. Turns out since April this shop has been selling bracelets, tee shirts and water bottles and gifting A bag of reefer with the purchase.
It appears to be all perfectly legal and is the citizens of DC have been doing for years. The green did the trick, you can catch a buzz. God bless the USA and Andrew Cuomo

Congrats. That's funny about the selling of some trinket to make the sale legal. My son lives in DC and says they have the same thing, but its circumvented by semi-sketchy online delivery sales.

Yes we can grow freely next year up to 6 plants. Until Cuomo got in trouble with the ladies, home growing wasn't on the table.
This place does delivery as well, blows my mind. This is a good way to get around the tax and the licence fees.
