You'd think they could come up with something better. This seems a little sad for NYE.

It will probably end up being a fun little party, and I'd probably go if it was just a random night in that great old room, but I need a little live music if I go out on NYE (which I always do) so I seriously doubt I'll be there.
2016 was a hell of a year, and 2017 is shaping up strong to take on the challenge of topping (or bottoming) it.
A good party to say goodbye and hello seems right to me.
