OK, since you asked for it to be spelled out...
I want to know who gets warning letters and why, exactly. Bans, too.
If there are "untouchables" here, I want it stated clearly who they are and why they've been deemed so.
If there's going to be arbitrary application of the rules, I want that sunshined for the community.
I think I probably want the same things you do here, Johnny D.
I also think it would be a good idea if we knew how many people contributed financially to the site as well as how much exactly was raised.
And, I think the group should be invited to participate in writing and enforcing some of the community rules.

My advice to anyone with a complaint about this site is to click on the "Contact" link in the Utilities section on the left margin. This gives you direct access to an administrator, who, I'm sure, will consider the complaint. Isn't this generally what it was like at the old Philzone?
Hijacking threads, or starting new ones, with a mean spirit seems counterproductive, IMHO.
This is not an accusation against anyone in particular, just my attempt to help problem solve regarding concerns.

With so much talk about community here, and with appeals to the community for financial support, I did not think it would be so radical to ask for community input to be allowed into the rule-making & enforcement. Dise shouldn't have to get hysterical if a banning is warranted; on the other hand, a hysteric shouldn't be allowed to ban people without cause.
