Just an amazing all around talent. Both as a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. A unique soul to go along with it.
There is a world where he becomes a much larger star. Yet sometimes life gets in the way.

That's too bad. I saw World Party a couple of times and they were an excellent live band, and of course The Waterboys were a great band as well.

R.I.P.
He was a talented player. I only saw him once, a couple of years ago at the Neptune Theatre in Seattle, when he was playing with the Waterboys. They put on a helluva show that night. He had some health isssues, but still a shame to be gone at 66.
