Patriot Front in Idaho - BUSTED!

Forums:

6 of the 31 people arrested in the back of a U-Haul truck going to a LGBTQ protest in Idaho are from Utah! Stopped before they got to the protest.

Sounds like someone saw them load up at a motel and called the cops.

Police officers, some in riot gear, guard a group of men, who police say are among 31 arrested for conspiracy to riot and are affiliated with the group Patriot Front, after they were found in the rear of a U-Haul van in the vicinity of a Pride event in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, Saturday. Six of the men were from Utah. (North Country Off Grid, Youtube via Reuters)

"Patriots?" Yeah, right.

So proud of their patriotism they hid their faces.

Looks like a porn flick in the making... something about bondage and nelly bottoms from this angle

(or save that for the prison sequel)

I'm always amused knowing there is one guy in the organization that says," Look bros, we gotta ALL wear the same stuff...and I've decided for our look -- which is nothing like those flashy Proud Boys -- this year we are going with  a militia-meets-typical-government worker type outfit --- tan boots, khaki pants and blue shirts. Slogans optional. Oh, and one more thing....  did you ever see that movie The Mummy?"

Losers. The only surprising thing to me is that the ID cops actually stopped them.

There is a picture out there of one of them getting arrested with a bullhorn........

..........with the letters fbi on it. Photoshop? We'll see.

What exactly was their crime ? Too many in a vehicle ?

It's not illegal to protest, or be an asshole.

I'm with ras what exactly did they do ? This kind of thing is what gives the right their ammunition....if it were liberals on their way to a pro life rally we would be screaming about their right to assemble

I love how their name implies they aren't actually patriots, it's just a front. Faketriots.

conspiracy to cross state lines with intent to cause a riot?

That's pretty much what any protester could be charged with that travels out of state. Not saying these clowns didn't have malicious intent but if it were progressives we'd be screaming that they were detained

>>>>>conspiracy to cross state lines with intent to cause a riot?

That's what I was thinking, a FED crime, not an Idaho misdemeanor.

But yesterday I did consider too, the points about people traveling out of state to protest. And a chilling effect.

But what they found in the truck will help determine charges. It waits to be seen.

"It is clear to us, based on the gear that the individuals had all with them, the stuff they had in their possession in the U-Haul with them, along with the paperwork that was seized with them, that they came to riot downtown,"

> a FED crime, not an Idaho misdemeanor

I'm reading they're being arraigned in an Idaho court.

https://www.reuters.com/legal/government/white-nationalist-group-members...

This source also mentions that "Police officers seized at least one smoke grenade, a collection of shields and shin guards and documents that included an 'operations plan' from the truck, all of which made their intentions clear."

The operations plan sounds like evidence of a conspiracy.

I've seen a couple of pictures of them arrested and it's weird the cops let them

1. keep their masks on

2. let them keep some of their gear on - utility belts and backbacks.

I don't think people of other backgrounds would be given this grace.

white supremacist sympathizers in this thread

we see you

I just think if you are anti gay maybe don't all dress the same and cram 20 guys into the back of a U-Haul for hours. It kind of makes people go hmmm.

Oh and they weren't going there to "protest" they got arrested because they had detailed plans on how to start a riot. You don't have a right to riot in this country. Also the event they were targeting was Family Pride Day in a park.

LOL

a couple dozen uniformed masked guys shoved into a Uhaul? I call that a decent ride to the Folsom Street Fair.

That dude is fine.

Hmmm, now I'm hearing 10 of them are mormon. No surprise.

Over/Under on Grindr accounts in that pic:  3

Just got off the phone with a source in LE. We narrowly avoided a massacre in Coeur d'Alene. The 31 Patriot Front (read: white supremacist fascists responsible for Charlottesville) were planning for massive violence, not just confrontation. 1/n

The 31 PF members had blunt instrument weapons and were planning on bludgeoning people attending Pride. I'm told that most, if not all, also had concealed firearms. This was for dealing with anyone at who was armed, or fought back. 2/n

More "legitimate political discourse?"  Good find, El Nino.

Don't hold your breath waiting for sanity.

What exactly was their crime ?<<

Voluntary human trafficking in a U- Haul?

.

angry white boys who care about other people's genitals so much so that they're willing to spend time together in a dark cramped space,  touching one another, all sweaty and excited.

does that sound about right?

>>>What exactly was their crime ?

Crossing state lines in a conspiracy to riot, maybe. They came from 11 different states, some as far away as Virginia. Try reading El Nino's link he posted. Seems clear they were there to be a violent pack of people causing havoc and possibly bodily injury.

The Coeur d'Alene Police Chief said:

Police officers seized from the truck at least one smoke grenade, a collection of shields and shin guards and documents that included an "operations plan," White said over the weekend, adding these items made their intentions clear.

"That level of preparation was not something you see every day," he said. "It was clear to us immediately that this was a riotous group."

The men had come from at least 11 states across the country, White said, including Utah, Texas, Colorado and Virginia.

Since the arrest, White said, he and others in his department have received death threats. He gave no details.

Sculptor's patriot is indeed a pretty good lookin' dude, I gotta agree.

The Nazis, less so.

WTF. Traveling to knock some heads? What have we come to? This country sucks a lot these days. Glad these guys were busted. Initially I was skeptical whether they were committing an actual crime (yet) but I bet they'll get plenty of intel on their dangerous plans and at least conspiring to commit violence is, for now, still illegal.

> Traveling to knock some heads? What have we come to?

I used to have to travel a few blocks over to play army when I was a kid. Maybe this is just the logical extension of that?

...and then they were Spangin'! LOL

"They were also panhandling for money to get home with."

I forgot how unfortunately prevalent these types of groups are in Northern Idaho and that the cops are also very used to dealing with them too.

The mom of one of these young men just kicked him out of the house:

More like Patriot Fans

A good lawyer will get those jokers off.

" They were just on their way to the local nursing home,  they heard there was trouble."

"An Idaho police chief says he's been getting death threats since authorities arrested dozens of white nationalists near a Pride event"

I heard that one hate call came all the way from Norway!

The link works. Fucking sheeple.

My first thought after hearing it was a citizen's tip that tripped this up was similar to Frank Figliuzzi ... being somewhat akin to a canary in the coal mine.

I would hope by now these groups are infiltrated by real patriots who are informants.   I wouldn't be surprised if the story about the hotel worker is to throw off the scent.

>>>>I would hope by now these groups are infiltrated by real patriots who are informants.   I wouldn't be surprised if the story about the hotel worker is to throw off the scent.

That is the hope and I think that may be the case on the federal level, but on the state and local level it is more likely than not that LEO are infiltrated by Patriot Front and like groups. Seattle area assistant chief just got over a $1M in severance after being fired for putting up Nazi symbols in his office, and used to joke often that his relatives died in the holocaust because they fell out of the guard towers.

^lol, and that's in a liberal town...

Lol infiltrators and informants. This isn't a television show, and hope isn't a course of action.

This is why fascist organizing must be confronted immediately, physically if necessary, wherever and whenever it presents.

This is every able bodied Americans responsibility. This is patriotism.

I'll infiltrate Boebert and see what I come up with. I'll let you guys know if anything sticks out

Don't do it, Man.

SL Tribune's Pat Bagley does it again.
