Peach Fest/Montage question

I'm getting ready to buy passes and I have a room at the Townplace Suites hotel (not CID package). Last year I stayed at Townplace (not CID package)  and I purchased separately a shuttle pass from CID. The shuttle passes are not currently available on the website. I wrote to CID and they said they are nor currently available (I knew that) but to continue to check the site as it could change. So...1) does anybody recall if they put the shuttle passes on sale after fest passes went on sale (I think that's how I remember it) or have any other insight and 2) if I can't get shuttle passes how difficult will it be to use Uber or even a cab (more for the 2ish AM return than the 11ish AM arrival)?
