Experimenting on a, first time, play it by ear recipe for marinated peanut butter chicken breast. Will make 2 batches with only a slight deviation. Will marinade in fridge for 24 hours. Gonna broil with potatoes, onions, carrots and heads of garlic. It is a work in progress. To be cooked tomorrow.
Marinade ingredients:
1'st recipe ......Peanut butter, Pine apple juice, Apple cider vinegar, Jamaican curry powder, Crushed red pepper, soy sauce, brown sugar, fresh garlic, fresh gingerroot.
2nd recipe will be pretty much the same but instead of pineapple juice and curry powder will use Worcestershire sauce and Cajun seasoning.
Oh....and a few beers for the chef.

Here's a good one;
Peanut Butter Pork Loin marinade;
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
tsp onion powder
tbsp sugar
tbsp red pepper paste
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Put all the ingredients into a blender, get saucy, then pour over pork loin (always good to let it marinate for an hour or 3), then cook as you like (grill it baby!)
