New  three-level waterfront venue in DC...the Anthem.  Most shows there seem to be $50 and up for GA seating plus more expensive reserved seats. I see Primus, Dylan, Dark Star, Greensky on the schedule. 

Anyone know anything about the new Wharf development in SouthWest DC where the venue is located? Nearby food, drinks,  parking, etc?

Daughter is seeing Lorde there in May, the place apparently has multiple configurations depending on crowd size.
