just got a tuesday 30th ticket

I would like to see that show for sure.

Not bad, had there been more than 5 days notice I woulda considered going.

That's actually a shoe!

Anyone got intel on Chris Gelbuda? Can he hang? Either way, that's a hell of a lineup.

looking for a free one

Can't give more than a few days notice or

folks would be dumping they're Capitol Theatre tics to fly out...

Wednesday tickets still available but Tuesday is sold out.

wish there was a video stream like the old days  (might catch a few songs on different Facebook sites, but...)

^^^^^

i miss the streams as well..

Robert Randolph is unnecesary

^agreed. why even bother paying dude to show n play. strange.

>> Robert Randolph is unnecesary

He added a huge amount to the Brooklyn Bowl/Cap Family Band shows last year, though of course this lineup needs much less shoring up

Got two for tonight in my basket gonna drop email in 7 minutes

Where are the YouTube videos of theses shows????

YouTube changed things up for the worse. Canceling my page soon FU Google/YouTube.

Asbury Park & Camden (which i would have bailed on if I wasn't taking my son) were some of the most untenable Phil shows evah,  fucking interrupted the second set with a set by an opening band... WTF

Thx Zooey

Great phun last nite

show needed more cowbell...

haha

E1DF591C-50B4-4105-A7F8-3408597783D4.jpegKarl D playing the Stones - up with big leagues!

loved Chris’s playing and singing

Barry Sless and Molo elevate things to the next level

all these players were keen listeners- I think Metzgers jaw dropped on many of Barry’s solos

Sound guy seemed to not do so great last night

Randolph was shrilly and loud for some parts, painfully so

One of the coolest lineups I’ve seen in awhile

TXR is kinda fun and the free backyard parties are coming back!

Gelbuda never shied away from taking a solo last nite ( Sless ever so gracious) He even usurped Phil in doing the band intros haha

Agreed on the sound mix, it was much cleaner in set2 and we moved to dead center.

I liked Chis Gelbuda... I hope they invite him back!

no slouches in this band

Karl D had quite the menagerie of instruments!

see you Saturday for Love Supreme with Kimock and Kaiser at Sweetwater:)

More Cowbell!!!

Got netflixs?

Great Coltrane documentary:

You called it for the Stones tune, WALSTIB!

Great to hang with you and Crypticalex last night.

Good times, indeed.

did Gelbuda touch that keyboard at any point in either show?

With some practice he could handle more of the vocals on those GD tunes. Actually, everyone including Phil were shakey on the vocals...

Great phun JD

Fact ! Phil Always Plays Better when Sless and Molo are On Stage wih Him !

^WORD!

Buda played plenty of keys the first night. A singer songwriter out of the Nashville area per Chitown friend. Buda had lots friends in house one of which told me this was the "best night of his life". Vocals were solid.

more cowbell Karl

Gelbuda sounds like a tv drug with terrible side effects.

Consult your Baba before taking Gelbuda.

lol. precisely, bluest!
