Scott Wiener a CA State Rep is proposing speed limiters on all cars sold in CA that would make it impossible for cars to go more than 10 miles an hour over the speed limit in order to protect pedestrians. I mean do these people want Republicans to win every election. I'm sure this will be all over Fox in a few days. The number one reason Carter lost to Reagan was the 55 mph speed limit.
