Apparently, the drones didn't have explosives on them, so that would rule out the drones being off course as any attack drone aimed at Ukraine would have been armed. Clearly a test/provocation.
Well, the President says "It could have been a mistake," but otherwise hasn't done or said anything in response. However, JD remarked that there was no reason to keep isolating Russia and more economic engagement could help foster peace.
