Almando the pig went on at 6:30 am.
She will be done at 2pm.
Till then we have collard greens with smoked turkey tails.
Black beans with cut up raw onions, green peppers, tomatoes, and bacon bits.
Southern baked beans.
Coleslaw
White potatoes and sweet potatoes. Cooked in the coals.
Cranberry sauce
Oysters
Clams
Mussels
Jumbo shrimp
Curry sauce for said seafood
Misc. buns and breads
Plenty of water, Gatorade, sodas.....you bring your own beer.
I rolled a 1/2 z of doobies
Let the reindeer games begin.

It all turned out fantastic.
It all turned out fantastic. Perfectly cooked. Everyone ate well including 4 college lineman. Great time with a lot of friends.
