Probable DeadCo Stream, Sunrise FLA...

That one is highly likely.

Gosh,

I didn't know they started at 7 PM.  Was running the Laundry machine and missed most of Set I.

Yup..It's Probable...But  It's A Good Cause....

I'm still playing the first Mexico show on the archive.

S'up, Rick?

Hello Mr. Coyotte,  long time no see.

"Goes so slow,   you don't ever know..."

Set II should be very nice Dryer music.

"Driiiiier crashes,  turning my shirts into ashes..."

"Ive turned all my firewood into ashes.....

Shall we goooo, into the woods, toooo, cut branches.....

FIRE WOOD GLOOOWS    ....Turning its heat into ashes......

thanks for stream !

Wow.  Just listened to the Dark Star outro with Bob and it was really rough.  The nightfall of diamonds shatner version.

ouch.

Seeing my first DeadCo. in Orlando tomorrow... pretty good seats, so I'm going in excited and open-minded. Seems like the "kids these days"  are lovin' it- which is cool- but I still can't grasp modern concert pricing. Wtf?

Deadco showing support

I'm a Bobby homer and I like DeadCo, but man, nothing can kill a good 2nd set faster than Days Between. And yeah, the Dark Star was rough too. Take those two songs out and I thought it was a really good show. The show was filled with nods to the school. TLEO, Bird Song, CaT, New Speedway, Help, Touch, etc. And Mickey tweeted a picture from setbreak with them posing with a bunch of students. Nicely done fellas.

Caught end of set I and most of set II.

Dog got bored before 'drums -> space'  so I took H.I.M.  back to my place and prepared a late snack,  kibble laced with Roast Beef & Ham.

When I got back to the dryer it was 'Days Between'.  Thought it was a fine version for this day & age.

Actually NOLA and tonight have been sounding better than most DeadCo I've heard.

Must be the warm weather that perks them up.

Nothing like tragedy to bring out special moments

Incredibly moving emotional Statement show.

Phenomenal DS, entire 2nd set strong

And Days was one helllllll of a statement.

Fantastic job Bob. Here here.

The blue of yet another day
A springtime wet with sighs
A hopeful candle lingers
In the land of lullabies
Where headless horsemen vanish
With wild and lonely cries, lonely cries

This darkness got to give

Trouble ahead
DeadCo in red

WHAT DID JEFF DO TO HIS LOVELY HEAD OF HAIR?

The Annie... stream sounded OK but I couldn't get it going for set II.

So TurtleBeach stream worked fine,  except for the typical buffering you often get with the mixlr stuff.

Many thanks to the hard-working Streamers for their efforts.

Went with zero expectations

Customer of mine hit me with backstage passes at 6pm

Mingled, did strong drugs and went back to my 300 level seats

Had a damn good time

Bobby squeaking out the last verse of the weight was worth all the efforts of the night

Oteil and Jeff low in the mix most of the night. Jeff is a beast, wish they highlighted him more

Not a big fan of Mayer

1-10 Ill give it a 6

Off to Orlando tonight

Let your freak flag fly

Very cool.

Thanks for chiming in, Tim.

Tim, Betsey and Earl will be looking for ya all, should be downtown around 4:30  - 5:00 will be grabbing some tix at the box office or street, and then maybe something to eat and drink at gringos on Washington. I see they dropped the prices on tickets from yesterday from 72  - 47.00 yippie

Bobby squeaking out the last verse of the weight was worth all the efforts of the night<<

Apparently, Bob is not going to "age out" of doing inexplicable shit on stage.

Sometimes it actually sounds ... not awful.

But it always sounds ... "Why?"

Wife just called, she got me two floor seats and parking pass from one of her vendors, she also told her she can hook her up anytime for shows at the arena, going to give these to my friends Casey and Jodi and they will pitch in for a cheap seat for me. Can you say stub down

From Oteil's FB page;

"What an incredibly special night with some of the bravest young people I have ever met. These young heroes wear T-shirts, not capes. Thank you to all the students at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. It was so amazing to see you smiling and dancing. Your courage is inspiring. #hometownshowforme #gogetemcameron #tshirtsarethenewcapes#msdstrong  March for our Lives"

Boy are those some theater kids or what

There is sounding good now that I've completed tempo reeducation camp.

Going to Hell in a Bucket, but luckily not quickly

Theory: the drumming is better in DeadCo when Bob's not singing. Just comparing the Next Time You See Me they're playing now with the Hell in a Bucket just finished, Billy just hits the snare and toms a fair bit harder on Mayer songs.

Good sounding stream the turtlebeach got.

Mayer looks baked in every picture I see of him these days. He said he gave up liquor for weed and it's noticeable that he has.

Well played fun show last night. Bobby's vocals were really strong and it seems that the strat is sounding great in the mix. Yes, I grooved to John Mayer, ok there, I said it. It felt like I did a bump during that casey jones, or was it that breakneck tempo?

It turned out that the seats my wife was comped we’re not on the floor. Instead they were in one of the hospitality Suites on the first level   Of the arena straight back from stage. After my friends stunbbed  me down we basically had a suite for 20 with 7 people in it. It was a Cancer Hospital comped ticket and we desecrated it by throwing up smoke signals all show

Tim - looked for you in 214 before the show but looked like you hadn’t arrived yet

Betsey and Earl sorry about missing you guys, we were stubbing others down  at setbreak and I was stuck in the suite without a ticket to get back in, I was landlocked and couldn’t make it out

first set very slow and painful. The wheel.....come on. The highlight of first set was bobby stroking his getar to Row Jimmy.

Second set grew some legs and picked up the pace. Althea>Estimated and The rhythm devils was the definite highlight.

4.6

The Stephen opener with an Allman brothers tease was a great opener, but into Hell?

i thought the Brown Eyed was strong too in the first set.

I’m with you on the Wheel and that reggae thing they throw into it

The Chana Cat was strong and Estimatated was the best showing of the night.

Althea was decent

Casey built up nice and went into overdrive, and I took off out of there on the first notes of US Blues

i prefer Mayer over JK, but the band played better than I expected, and I am glad I went

Don't get me wrong, I am very glad I went. A Tuesday night and to be with my kind of people and be in a mindset we were in.  Much better than sitting at home and beating all the contestants on Jeopardy in my living room.

I think it is beautiful that the band showed their support for the most recent tragedy in FL.  I also encourage folks to keep an open mind about this band. Look for the good. It IS there.   They want you to enjoy yourself!

And do folks remember Jerry forgetting entire verses, coming in late, generally fucking up? It happens. If you saw the GD then you knew that maybe one or two shows in a run *might* be exceptional, or even good.

I hate the price of the shoes though. even for this there are ways, and ways between...

Nice review(s) Tim et al

Any of you FL people go to the "blueberry patch"? My boy Dougie likes it.

Fly, first I have heard about the blueberry patch, looks like some good going ons and just signed up for the news letter thnx

Cool! Doug is in Tampa area and says this is always fun with good people. I might have to join him one day.

I always look on the bright side, just cuz' this is as close to "whats left" as there is, and the next generation seems to be lovin' it and think this pricing is typical (ugh).

The show was solid and Bob's vocals were impressive, I thought. The songs are mostly tweaked with a bit of different flavor here and there, although these guys don't go very deep into the catalogue (Furthur mixed it up nicely). They sound good and play hard, though.

"The Blueberry Patch"- an incredibly cool and unique place. OMSN April 14th "Unlimited Devotion" is there- they were a blast 6 months or so ago... Joe, Fly- thats the night to make yer' move.  ;-)

Orlando show

I thought they played "something" after the wheel

You can call me Al

http://blueberrypatch.org/

Bam.

PS Tim- I concur-  "Call Me Al" all the way.

That Mayer 'Operation' schematic confirms he has no psychedelic bones in his body...

YMMV

looking better all the time!  (band AND patch)

If at the patch look for Team Phil 315 cool

Team Phil O1

Psychedelic bones all make the same sounds.
