It's a nice shout out to NKC from Robert Hunter. The song has virtually no relation to the GD song. I once heard somebody say "Good artists borrow, great artists steal." I think it's pretty much bullshit. I would say a great artists can tell when another artist steals or borrows but that's just my take on it.
