A few weeks ago I asked if you like it weird, but this is a WHOLE different level of weird.
I generally don't recommend The Residents to people because I don't like losing friends or making enemies, but in the off-chance that someone is curious or if Furious E or Crabneesh still check in here (the only two from here who I know are fans) I thought I'd put this out.
There really isn't anything weirder than The Residents, too weird for almost everyone, but the fact that they've been confusing/annoying people for over 50 years says something about them... or those who actually like them.

I've seen them 3 times, enjoyed every show. Nothing else like them, a true audio-visual experience.
I wish there was a show closer to Boston, I'd be there, kind of surprised they're not playing NYC, they actually have a bit of a following there.

I had a college room mate
I had a college room mate that was a big fan of all kinds of eclectic music. Through him I learned of The Residents, Snakefinger, Capt. Beefheart and Zappa. Never had the chance to catch the Residents live but I still love all those bands.
