Clapton did the Cream Reunion and Winwood tour but never toured again with Whitlock or had him at a Crossroads gig .Wierd
Bobby put up quite a few YouTube videos talking about the old days and became a respected painter.

That Layla piano solo may be the most recognized piano solo in Rock history.

The piano solo was added
The piano solo was added after the Layla song was recorded and done by drummer Jim Gorden
who apparently ripped the riff from Rita Cooledge. Whitlock didn't like the piano add on ; didn't feel it fit the song .

RIP. Just had that first
RIP. Just had that first self titled Eric Clapton album on the turntable yesterday and those early Delaney & Bonnie albums are in regular rotation too.
