Heard he was not doing well. Watched his goofy show weekly with the whole family as a kid.
He was also the touring keyboardist for the Beach Boys, where he earned his moniker "Captain." He convinced them to bring along Tennille for one tour, where she served as their one and only "Beach Girl."

^^^^What a shame, huge fan of Late Night in the Mid-80's, would tape and watch a week's worth of shows on the weekend when the VCR was invented^^^^
Mr and Mrs Einstein named their son Albert, his parents must have had a big sense of humor.
