RIP!

That Blue Brothers scene is one of my fave all time movie scenes...RIP Carrie, thanks for the memories...

I enjoyed listening to her on Fresh Air not that long ago.

Rest in Peace, Carrie.  Always hard when a mother loses a daughter.  Best to her family and friends.

May the Force be with her.

RIP

Bummer, always like how she took LUCAS to town over "owning her image" that woman called a spade a spade.

She will be missed....

RIP

Awww damn.  Always liked her.

RIP

Damn. RIP Carrie Fisher.

Not to be insensitive, but won't this change the plot of the Star Wars series? Did they intend to use Leia?

Peace to her family and friends.

RIP PRINCESS

Likely, yes.  I guess they just finished shooting Episodde VIII so they're good for the next movie.

>but won't this change the plot of the Star Wars series?

Number 8 has already been shot. Honestly not sure how/how much Leia fits into number 9 but Im sure the writers can figure it out. There's always CGI.

ah phooey. She seemed to be on a rebound of sorts. New book, movie. and such.  At NY Comic Con people waited hours to get a signature and a photo. Her line was the longest there next to maybe Stan Lee. She was iconic in fan boy world. I hope she felt the love before she passed.

I had no idea she was a well-regarded script doctor until I read a piece in the Sunday paper.

Fuck.

Smart folks dying.  Idiots getting cabinet appointmentsfrown

>>Last image u saw in Star Wars was her.

I thought about that scene on the drive home from the movie the other night knowing that she was fighting for her life then I read that she was in stable condition and really thought she was going to pull through and that if anyone could survive 2016 it would be Carrie Fisher. I always sleep with my TV on and what I awoke to this morning was hearing the news of her passing. I had tears in my eyes before they were even open and that image has been with me all day. It was an unintentional tribute and a final goodbye to The Princess at the end of the most recent Star Wars movie and sadly it was fitting.

Leia was my first crush even before I was old enough to understand what a crush was.

Rest In Peace Princess. You will be missed by millions...May The Force Be With You.

....and FUCK YOU 2016!!!!!

AND REALLY DUMB PEOPLE MAKING POSTS LIKE THIS^^^

i think you'd all enjoy 'Wishful Drinking', Ms. Fisher's filmed theater piece.

here's the trailer:     https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xcTvmIEG4Xw

Fuck off, Seabag.

Or is Rick Perry's genius only visible to twits like you?

RIP Carrie Fisher...

Do you fear death?

No. I fear dying. Anything with pain associated with it, I don't like. I've been there for a couple of people when they were dying; it didn't look like fun. But if I was gonna do it, I'd want someone like me around. And I will be there!

RIP........ CF...

Who would of thought we'd lose a Prince and a Princess in the same year?

On Fresh Air today, Terry Gross is replaying her last interview with Carrie.

And on AntennaTV tonight, they are replaying an episode of Johnny Carson in remembrance of Carrie, 9pm central

TMZ is reporting that her mother, Debbie Reynolds, was just taken by ambulance to the hospital with a possible stroke.

That guy must be in hell right now.

Don't know anything about him or his family, but I feel terrible for him.

(((Debbie)))

Wife just told me Reynolds is dead.  Wow.
