Just saw on FB that David Henry Miller, best known as "Frog", passed away last night.  A Eugene institution for as long as I can remember, with his jokes (joke books), story telling and asides...   always a wonderful person,  and a true local legend!!!    RIP

Yep, long time here. I don't know when he really got here, but when I moved here in '74 he was here I think. And even then, he could tell you the funniest joke in the world.

I haven't looked it up, but I have a memory of him being cited for selling his joke books someplace where it was against the rules (maybe like 13th near the university?) and they let it go. Truth is, I may not be remembering it correctly
