Actually, Be Nice, i read it as a wakeup call. Our current situation is why i never vote third party in a presidential election, the stakes are too high. Unfortunately, we will have to live with a conservative court for the next 20-30 years. I wouldn't be surprised to see Thomas retire in the next year or so.
