Roger Daltrey

Saw him on Monday at the Casino in Ft. Lauderdale doing a solo show.

For 79 his voice was solid and sounded great. Even pulled off the scream.

He cut 2 songs short and restarted them because someone was out of key, Fuck he wouldn't have cut it with the Dead. Play threw it kids.

Last couple of shows I have been to, there is an amazing abundance of people from New York. Sorry to paint with a wide brush but the fat middle aged NYers sure the fuck talk through a show. 

Roger was also telling stories and telling jokes, he was as funny as they get too. 

We got these fantastic couch seats. Great view and very comfortable too. To the right and 1 row behind me were 2 very fat and loud assholes, talking over these stories about how great Florida is and how red it is. I was high and a third of the way through the show I turned and louder than I planned told em to shut the fuck up.  They started to Bo up but backed down quickly, thinking I was some sort of bad ass I turned and 4 dudes next to us had my back.They were silent for the rest of the show.
