I'm partial to BLATs, the occasional tuna on sourdough, and my favorite from when I was living in Spain: tortilla de patata sobre pa amb tomquet: potato-onion frittata slice on ciabatta bread w/ olive oil, garlic rub, raw tomato rub and a little salt. One of the best ever.
