SF Ween in September

Forums:

For all you Weeners out there, Ween will be playing two nights at the Masonic Auditorium in San Francisco on September 27th & 28th.

They shredded my face off at the BGC last year. The Masonic is significantly smaller and is a rockin' room so these should be rockin' good shows.

Presale is up tomorrow, regular sales on Friday.

GTTS!!!

These'll b great but I'm glad I went to bend last weekend cause I doubt I'll make'em.

middle of the week shows in downtown aren't conducive to my sched for that part of the year.

gonna opt for pharaoh sanders in humboldt the weekend prior and war on drugs/father John misty back to shows at the Greek the weekend after.

thanks for the heads up though!

seems way to small for a band like ween, these might be tough tickets. i will have to go and finally check out ween

Shit!

I will be in Greece... weird venue for Ween

this will be wonderful.

Slightly smaller venue than normal but did bgcc even sell out?

I don't think bend did either...

everything should b easy going and kick ass, as is ween.

especially with these being middle of the week shows.

i'm not even going and I've become known in some small circles lately as furious wEEn.

Hopefully John Mayer will be in town to sit in with them.

I would think the shows will sell out. The venue is only 3,000 & change, same capacity as the Oakland Fox, but I like the Masonic so much more.

The Fox is ornate but it's cavernous compared to the Masonic, which is a tight rock 'n roll hall.

And there isn't a bad seat in that balcony, so as a balcony guy that makes it that much better for me.

I might just have to go to both of these.
